  • Most people find that brow tattooing is extremely tolerable with little discomfort, however everyone’s pain tolerance is different Topical anaesthetic is used for numbing during your procedure to ensure you remain comfortable.

  • The initial healing process takes 10 days. The eyebrows and surrounding area must be kept dry during this stage.

    The full healing process typically takes 4-6 weeks to complete. Redness and minor swelling is normal, but should be minimal. The brows will appear darker and more intense for the first few days. They will gradually lighten and appear softer during the healing process.

  • If you have certain medical conditions, cosmetic tattooing may not be right for you. Occasionally, a doctor’s note can be accepted for special cases.

    Cosmetic tattooing cannot be performed if you are:

    · Under 18 years old

    · Pregnant or breastfeeding

    · Diabetic

    · Undergoing chemotherapy

    · Taking acne or blood thinning medication

    · Taking immunosuppression medication / diagnosed with an immune disorder

    · Prone to keloid scarring

    · Experiencing an active infection or have an infectious disease

    · Affected by any major skin or health conditions

  • It generally lasts 1-5 years but can last even longer.

    Factors that may affect how long your tattoo lasts include, but are not limited to:

    · Compliance with aftercare instructions

    · Skin type (oily skin)

    · Skincare (use of retinol, exfoliants, vitamin C)

    · Lifestyle (Sun exposure, smoking, exercise)

    As cosmetic tattoos age, the colour may change over time due to the body metabolising the pigments.

    Annual touch ups are strongly recommended to maintain the colour, shape and ensure the longevity of your cosmetic tattoo.
